Privacy Policy

Hugs & Tunes is operated by Immaculate Bliss, a company registered in South Africa. For any privacy question or request, email irene@irenetia.com.

To create a personalized song we collect what you type into the form:

• Song details: the recipient's name and what you call them, the occasion, personal quirks and memories, favourite sayings, the people they love, values, farewell message, chosen feelings and special words.
• Choices: musical style and language.
• Contact: your email address — used to deliver your song, enforce the two-free-previews limit and answer your requests. We do not ask you to create an account.
• Payment: payments run through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details; we receive your order and contact details from Paddle to deliver your song.
• Technical: basic service logs needed to run and protect the site.

• To write and generate your song, previews and gift or remembrance page.
• To deliver what you ordered and support you.
• To apply the limit of two free previews per email address.
• Where you explicitly ask us, to stay in touch about your order. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Only the people needed to make your song:

• AI providers process the story details and lyrics to generate your song under agreements that prevent them using it to train models or for their own purposes.
• Music AI (ElevenLabs) renders the lyrics into audio.
• Paddle processes payment and issues receipts.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website and database.

Your story is never published, never shared with other customers, and never used to create songs for anyone else.

Your song details and files are stored on protected infrastructure with access limited to our team. We keep your song and order details so you can return to your gift page and re-download your purchase; you can ask us to delete your story and personal details at any time, and we will remove them within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires (for example basic tax records of a purchase).

You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email irene@irenetia.com and we will action it. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the South African Information Regulator or your local authority.

Hugs & Tunes is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you create a song for a child, submit details as their parent or guardian.

We keep cookies to the minimum needed for the site to function and remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

Audio files are stored privately and served only through short-lived, unguessable links to you and the people you share them with. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict staff access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your stories with the care their subject deserves.

If this policy changes materially we will note the update date above, and where possible notify you by email before your next order.
